Came home from work to find my kitchen sink and toilets all backed up. Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. Within 15 mins, Brandon called and 30 minutes after that was already in my home diagnosing my problem. Told me the issue, what he would need to do, and gave me the cost up front. They are spendy, but you get what you pay for. David walked in and checked the problem and cleared it with a few flushes. Obviously it was impacted somehow but letting the problem sit all night it cleared itself. Appreciate that it was minor and he was knowledgeable and gave us future information if it happens again. Appreciate your company.
