This company installed a Generic Generator for my family. Not only did it take a long time to install the product, but there were some misrepresentations they made about the product. They never showed came back and showed anybody how to operate the generator. When it did come on after an electric outage, the generator ran out of oil after it ran for eight hours. When they installed it, it never had the proper oil in it. They came over twice and said they fixed it and it ran out of oil again. After they said they fixed it they sent me a bill for $379.00.
