He explained in detail the What, How, and When. He reassured me that 'we' will erraticate the mice one way or another. He stated that this treatment was a basic defense, and if, though not likely, we needed to get more aggressive, we can. Which I was ready for.
In summary... I would DEFINITELY recommend... even though my issue has yet to be resolved.

Caleb was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He shared everything about my situation and ways to address it in a clear, understandable way. He also pointed out the extra cost for the mosquitoe treatment that the call center omitted and had that removed for me. Daniel has been great to deal with taking care of the yellow jacket issues I was having. He would adjust his schedule to work with mine if needed. As many trips he has had to control the yellow jacket issue for the price was very reasonable for the price most things are today.
