I took my early 2019 iMacdesktop to this computer service store when it was essentially dead-on-arrival. Pat was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the hard drive, and brought my computer back to life. Now it's a fully functional tool again. I really appreciate the fast turnaround and excellent communication. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing computer repairs. He also was affordable and worked with me on the cost. I shattered the screen of my iPad which I’ve been using since 2017 - other than the broken screen, the device was still 100% functional. Best Buy was unable to fix it because Apple has a policy where they won’t fix iPads and instead want you to buy a new one. So I brought it in to My iPat and Pat was able to completely replace my screen within a week, and it looked brand new.
Then shortly after, when I was having issues drawing with my Apple Pencil on the iPad, I bought it back to Pat and he identified the problem and fixed it within 2 days for no extra cost. Service was great and he is clearly very knowledgeable, I’m relieved to be able to use... read full review
Pat was awesome. Found him on yelp and saw he had good reviews so I decided to take my ipad with a broken screen in. He saw the screen and immediately gave me the price for a new one as well as if the lcd needed to be replaced. After leaving it with him he was done within 24hrs! Very fast, efficient, and great pricing for sure.
