Great experience at this Valley location! I made an appointment and was in and out within such a reasonable amount of time! They were kind, thorough and professional! Jake (PA) was great!! He was informative. Heidi and Lexi were very helpful! you, Indigo! I will return the next time I am in need of care!
All 3 staff we interacted with were pleasant, friendly, considerate, and compassionate while also being direct about concerns, what was needed, and next steps if antibiotics did not improve condition.
From the moment I walked in I was treated with care. You are not just a number! At the desk, during the pre check, and the ARNP all were amazing! Even walked me to the door and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Thank you for the professionalism and care you all showed.
