Was a wonderful group to deal with. Got estimate and work was done within a week. They were on time cleaned up above and beyond and for a more than fair price. And now we don't have a very hazardous tree next to our home! Thank you guys and gals! Will definitely use again and recommend ;)

There's more than one company using McElfish name. Steer clear of Ray McElfish Tree Specialists. It isn't the reputable business I dealt with twenty years ago. Ray McElfish was in charge of the outfit I used previously. This time I dealt with Shannon Sullivan of Ray McElfish Tree Specialists'. She signed the contract to remove two trees in October 2018. She's a liar and a cheat. Without going into detail, with my check in hand Sullivan ran to Money Tree. Meanwhile, her workers packed up and left the job unfinished. That's not the worst of it. This was the third tree service we called. The others were no-show, no-returned phone calls. They showed up on time to give us an estimate and said it would be a week and a half before they could take our five trees out. They didn't show up in a week and a half as promised, so we called. They did not return our calls for several days. They finally gave us a new date, another week later. The new date came, and they were a no-show. After leaving numerous messages for several more days, we cancelled the contract. They NEVER are returned our calls.
