Do not use this company. They are unreliable and do not respond to your calls. Their voice box is full when you try to contact them. Cory Long was sent by our Home Insurance. He reported back to them after we fired him that our air conditioner could not be fixed. As a result, we are left without an air conditioner and a claim because Fidelity Home Insurance refused to send another technician. We waited for 6 weeks for Cory to fix our coil and finally gave up. When we called he didn't know who we were or what our claim was for. This company should be out of business.

Do not use this company for anything. First contacted them about my AC unit in Aug 2022, was told the compressor was bad and needed to replace the unit. Every time I called the phone number for the business, which is a cell phone, the voice mail was full and couldn't accept new messages. Whenever someone did answer, they always said they would call me back and never did. Finally had an installation date set for May 15th, the AC unit wasn't compatible with our furnace and the company just said that was what the insurance covered. They came quickly to fix my heater and it was great! I would recommend Long Heating and Air to everyone
