I stopped in to have a repair done and worked with Nicole. She was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I was so pleased, I will be switching over from my existing company I use.

I recently purchased prescription glasses from the Spokane Valley LensCrafters. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make the whole experience very pleasant. My glasses were delivered on time and were perfect. However, after a couple of weeks one of the temples failed when I was out of town. When I returned I went to the store and spoke with Sam and he said “no problem “ and he had the parts in stock and would have them ready in twenty minutes. No fuss, no charge, just friendly courteous service. Awesome!

Amanda was great!! Needed my glasses fixed and she was all over it. A couple other places I brought them couldn’t, she had me seeing again within 20 minutes!! Very helpful. Thank you!!
