Raymond showed up in the time window given to me. He thoroughly inspected every possible reason for my thermostat to randomly keep the heat on or off long past reaching temperature. Raymond understands that thermostats have a potential to act up randomly. It was so nice to be understood as opposed to the gaslighting I have recently experienced over this issue.
