John was very professional, personable & courteous. He arrived on time was respectful of my property. The really big deal , there were no hidden charges all upfront and above board. I really appreciate good service.

Phone was answered by a person, not a phone tree, a tech was dispatched quickly and assessed the problem and found a resolution and repairs made the next day when parts were available. Call for furnace failure assessment was made fairly late in the afternoon but did not seem to be of any concern. There was a dispatch fee of $98 but was far less than the $300 charged by a certain competitor in Spokane. I can’t comment on the cost of parts as I don’t really know what they are or what the wholesale cost of them is.
