I explained to Alex at the 5 mile store the issue I was having with my laptop and he knew right away what needed to be done. He had it fixed in just a couple of minutes at no charge. Alex is always professional and friendly (of course)

Grateful for friendly computers! Our office computers were disconnected from the printers and we were lost as to what was going on. Called Glenn and he got us scheduled same day! Lucas came out within 15 minutes and had us up and running. Not only fixing our connection issues, diagnosed another computer issue and got our computers on a better security system. Friendly computers will be our go to from now on! Thank you!
