I walked in to get my son’s glasses fixed and was greeted immediately with a warm and friendly welcome. Elizabeth helped us right away and went above and beyond—she even fixed issues we hadn’t mentioned, just by overhearing an offhand comment my son made about his glasses. Talk about attention to detail!
Elizabeth and another amazing staff member (whose name I sadly didn’t catch, but I now lovingly refer to as “The Wizard”) teamed up to help me with my own glasses. The Wizard not only diagnosed and resolved my issues, but somehow managed to entertain my almost 2-year-old and juggle phone calls—all at the same time!
Special shoutout and huge thank you to Beronika Bartlett, Manager of this store. I came in frantically needing a missing screw for Ray bans glasses i purchased elsewhere. She patiently assisted me immediately, going through many screws to find the correct one, and spending time with me like I was her best customer. She refused to charge me, saying these repairs are free. Hopefully this review will send her many more satisfied customers, that but something! Thank you Beronika!

I had a great experience. Staff were all very friendly, etc. Dr. Adams found out that I have a slight astigmatism that no other optometrist has ever found. Very impressed by his knowledge and expertise!
