Elements in Spokane valley is the absolute best and I highly recommend. Their staff is super professional and friendly. Their therapists are amazing, especially Julie, and I always leave there feeling like a million bucks. Even though I no longer live in Spokane i will make it a point to come back and visit them.
Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because of the music! I wish I could rate the music a BIG ZERO! When you think massage you think physical relaxation and to fully relax - the music being played is a HUGE part of the experience. It sounds like it’s terrible AI generated sounds trying to sound zen but really sounds like dying cows or classical cowboy music. I love the staff and the therapists but the music drives me away.
