Crane Overhead Door is a reputable company that prioritizes quality over speed. The team, led by Carl, strives for excellent results, taking the time necessary to get it right. While communication may sometimes be lacking, customers appreciate the honesty and integrity of the business. Repairs and installations are done promptly, with a focus on customer satisfaction. In some cases, the company goes above and beyond to rectify issues, even replacing equipment without cost to the customer.
Carl & his team took on our airplane hangar doors, after 20+ years of wear and tear. It took awhile to complete the job, only because Carl was only satisfied with a great result. An honorable company headed by an honorable man is all you can ask for. Carl, the only thing I would say is you need to work on your communication with the customers. If you can’t make a pre arranged meetup or deadline, take 30 seconds to text message and save some bad blood. Still worth 4 stars
The spring on my garage door broke. I called Crane and they had someone come out that afternoon and fixed it and while he was at it he adjusted some settings on the opener. Quick response and very nice tech that came out for the repair.
Crane installed 3 shop door openers. They fixed one at no cost and now the other 2 don't work after only 14 months. The Crane staff told us they don't sell those anymore due to issues and there is a recall on them. They are replacing these at no cost to us so very pleased about that.
