I took my computer in and the nice office manager answered my questions, I saw a technician right away and they got me a fix quickly. I would go back again.
The family business sold, prices rose, service fell, and, when I quit, they held my data hostage, suggesting I pay $2,000 for a software that sells for $39. I miss their founder!!
Curtis and Forrest are outstanding. We have been with other managed IT firms that just couldn't keep us stable and fast. Computer Business Solutions has been a breath of fresh air! What an improvement in service, reliability, and cost reduction!
