Our furnace went out. A big company said we needed a full new system for thousands of dollars. LESS than an hour later CS came out, our heat was on in minutes, and only a couple hundred bucks for a replaced part. Spokane local services is always a win! Will be recommending to everyone. Thank you!
I was having problems with my heat pump and they sent Randy and Brian to my house a few hours after I called. Randy explained so much to me and they were both so extremely nice and very informative! The lady who set up the service at the office was so nice and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Her name is Randy also. I will definitely call them again if I need their service and will spread the word how wonderful they are.
Tom and his crew are the best we have ever worked with. They were timely, professional, knowledgable, and have great customer service. Tom went above and beyond to get our furnace up and working efficiently.
