I had another wonderful experience talking with Ben. In our previous conversation, Ben had scheduled another service for my yard. The tech, Omar, did a fantastic job and was very thorough. Unfortunately, I still had to cancel my contract because I could no longer keep it in my budget. However, Ben made the process super smooth and made sure I received confirmation that my account was deactivated. If I could truly afford to keep Alta Pest Services, I would do so and Ben would be the reason. Kudos to Ben for his awesome customer service!

Had one of your representatives Ryan I believe was his name stop by my house in Rathdrum. Even though I’m not interested at the moment in having this service done wanted to give him some credit for his approach and the way he goes about. Really good guy and appreciate the way he wasn’t persistent about things!
