This is the second time we've used Air Control and have great experiences in both instances. One was for a furnace issue and the latest was for an air conditioner repair. Heading into the hottest month of the year, I didn't have high hopes for quick service but the Air Control team was able to dispatch a technician and had the issues resolved the same day. I know that's not always possible, but our experience with them has been fantastic. The quality of the work was also top notch (fair price for the work completed. Not over charged). Thank you.
I had a rattle in my gas furnace and called for a technician to come take a look. They made me an appointment for the next day and arrived promptly at the set time. He also let me know he was on his way first, which was appreciated. In less than an hour the problem was fixed and I couldnt be happier! The technician was knowledgable and friendly, I will definitely highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair.
I've had a maintenance contract with Air Control since they installed our heat pump in 2008. It's still running strong thanks to their excellent staff of technicians. I'd rate them 5 stars! Unfortunately the past 2 - 3 years I've had to call and remind them it was pm time... something I don't think I should have to do. Regrettably I did not renew the contract after today's visit.
