Lady at the front desk is kind of rude.
Scanned my license without even asking me for permission when she was just updating my address.

Doctor was great though.
A student was with the doctor and she came in without the doctor, to find out more information?
As a first time visitor that was strange. Most likely will say no moving forward about students as that was a first time experience. Wasn’t a bad experience but, no, I came to see the doc, I’d like to see the doc. Please and thanks.

Nonetheless a great experience with the doctor, and the student plus their nurse.

Front desk lady though, ouch.

Absolutely love my new Dr., Dr.Russell Steffensen is the cream of the crop. First and foremost listens and does his best to get you healed and back on your feet. His patients always come first. Makes all the difference in the world.

Very caring and helpful doctors and staff. Always prompt to see me at appointment times. Respond thoroughly when I call with questions or get back to me in a timely manner. Very happy with this facility.
