The pharmacy specifically is an absolute joke. You have to wait for hours on end to activate a prescription, only to have to come back the next day and wait AGAIN to pick it up. Heaven help you if you need medicine the same day. Ask for a paper script and take it to a retail pharmacy if you do need it the same day. They are super short staffed and can not serve the clinic effectively. Even coming back for a refilled prescription takes forever. Their system is constantly messed up. And if you don't get there before lunch to get a number, forget your trip to the pharmacy completely. McChord Physical Therapy is teaching me so much & is helping me heal my hip injury very quickly. I lift very heavy very often and never really focused on stability or considered my lifestyle involved constantly sitting down, which combined resulted in my hip injury. They definitely have magical healing powers & give you the knowledge to help prevent reinjury. I'm grateful for these guys.
The pharmacy staff here is consistently kind and thoughtful, even when they're overworked due to personnel shortages. Highly recommend the staff at the main pharmacy area. I also appreciate the Red Cross volunteers who work at the refill window - they could be doing anything with their time, but they CHOOSE to keep serving military families. 🙏🏻🫶🏻🌟
