Staff have been phenomenal! Professional, clean office space; a thorough cleaning and exam was provided, including options on implants. Any anxiety I had quickly faded simply due to staff’s kindness. Staff’s ability to provide simplified, important, and accurate information on dental health and their (reasonable) costs for service also solidified my review! Going to the dentist was something I was always super anxious about, after some extensive research on different dentists—I decided to go to BTY Tacoma and I don’t regret it. The staff are very kind and caring. They explain things clearly and even make accommodations for patients. Toya, the assistant was amazing and she was very understanding about everything.
