Super responsive. Started the install the next day! Met with 3 options and chose Jose and JM Flooring. Glad we did! These are 100 year old floors and needed some help… nailed it! We knew perfection wasn’t an option… we love the final results that show the character of the home and specifically the floors. Jose talked over the options and details very well before we started. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with JM Hardwoods! Jose and Bryan did an outstanding job refinishing my 125-year-old fir hardwood floors. The attention to detail in filling gaps and leveling the floor while preserving the wood's character was impressive. The floors turned out smooth and even and much better than I could have thought possible. He understood that I wanted to keep the original floors and didn’t try and convince me to replace the floors, and other companies had.
