I’ve been going to Lauren for years, and she’s the only person I trust with my hair. She always takes the time to really listen to what I want, checks in throughout the appointment, and makes sure I absolutely love the final result before I leave.

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also amazing at recommending products that actually work. My hair tends to get dry and frizzy, and thanks to her advice, it’s stayed much healthier, softer, and easier to manage.

Kristen Close is amazing at cutting hair, especially pixie cuts and short cuts. My thick hair needs TLC, every 6 months at least, and have her thin, trim and/or cut my hair. I've got very thick hair.

I came to Lauren after a bad coloring experience at a different salon that left my hair….I don’t know how to describe it….just horrible: brassy, uneven, lighter at the roots than the tips (reverse balayage??). Lauren saved my life! She not only fixed the really bad attempt at a blond balayage, she did a beautiful job at getting my hair exactly how I had wanted it in the first place. I’m so happy and I’ll be back.
