I was recycling some electronics products They were clear and direct about what needed to be done. I even asked about some electronics that I thought they probably didn’t deal with and it turns out, they did. Really nice people. I will continue to work with them.

Brought in a computer that the charging cable wouldn't fully fit into the port, therefore not chargable. He looked at it, took 5 minutes, and got it working again without charge. The other place we got an estimate from wanted $50 for the replacement part plus $120/hr for 1 1/2 hours work on it taking it apart and putting in the new part, as well as taking a couple weeks because of the cue and shipping of the part. Thanks, E-Man! We will definately be bringing all future computer issues to you! (I believe they used to be in Snohomish, and moved to Historic Monroe.)

Their team did some great and fast work for my PC. It went down for me an incredibly unfortunate time and worked with me on timing and expectations very professionally. I will always be taking my computers here.
