Very professional!The whole team was fantastic! They scheduled us quickly and worked quickly and made sure the finished steps and patio were just what we wanted. They were conscientious and cleaned up the area very well.
Although I provided exact specs for the project (retaining wall) during the bid process, and the initial discussions with Jerry and his team were thoughtful, unfortunately the end-result was disappointing. Although Pacific Coast was twice the price of my other two bids - I went with Pacific because I thought I'd get quality. Two major components were completely missed; the footer dimensions and offset in the design were ignored, and no drainage system was put in on the upslope side of the wall. My only recourse was to pay additional $ to get the footer somewhat aligned to the plans after the first poor, and now the asphalt pad seeps water from the hydrostatic pressure...read full review
