Although I provided exact specs for the project (retaining wall) during the bid process, and the initial discussions with Jerry and his team were thoughtful, unfortunately the end-result was disappointing. Although Pacific Coast was twice the price of my other two bids - I went with Pacific because I thought I'd get quality. Two major components were completely missed; the footer dimensions and offset in the design were ignored, and no drainage system was put in on the upslope side of the wall. My only recourse was to pay additional $ to get the footer somewhat aligned to the plans after the first poor, and now the asphalt pad seeps water from the hydrostatic pressure...read full review

WOW! We had some work done by a different contractor and were not happy with it. Mike came to our home and after hearing our story, let us know what Pacific Coast Concrete could do. We elected to use his company and are very happy that we did. From the clear written proposal, to the quick clean demolition of our driveway, and expert pour and finish work on the new driveway, they have our complete endorsement! Everyone we dealt with in the company was friendly and helpful. Martin and Jerry took time to talk with us as needed. We are very happy with the end result.
