Rachel was extremely helpful in our shower remodel and bedroom refresh. Her expertise in colors, design and customer service was phenomenal. She reached out to us to make sure we were satisfied and suggested we could bind the scraps of bedroom carpet left over. We did that, and got several great throw rugs. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend Great Floors and specifically, Rachel.

This review is overdue but that I am getting to it speaks to my continuing joy with this kitchen update. And it is the tiled backsplash that really makes it special. A single row but a powerful statement. After searching all the more obvious tile suppliers, Great Floors came through with an unexpected perfect choice. A big shoutout to James Brinkman for his thoughtful help. He made sure I had all the information to make a good decision and then made it happen.

Wow! What a great experience this turned out to be! Replaced my daylight basement carpet with luxury vinyl planks from Great Floors. I met with Josh, who managed my whole project, saw my vision, corrected any mistakes, and was always prepared to make my experience a good one. The craftsmanship and installation by Juan’s crew were top notch. My calls were always answered or returned quickly by Susie and other staff. I was greeted by name at the door after the first visit. They know how to do business the old fashioned way and it was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!
