Silverdale VA Clinic is convenient, only 10 minutes from home. The front desk staff is outstanding and the nurses and PCM listen to patients. Doctors are awesome, and support staff—both medical and office—are responsive. Patients recommend the clinic for care. The primary care team communicates well, takes care of medical needs as a whole person, and helps with referrals and other VA services. Many feel happier after visits. Even those who were anxious before find the clinic helpful and provide great customer service from the front desk, nurse, and doctor.
I've had a great experience the last few years I have been going here. My doctors have been awesome, the support staff both medical and office have been great and responsive. I would definitely recommend going here for care.
Incredible staff at this location. My primary care team does an amazing job of communicating, taking care of my medical needs as a whole person, and listening when I need referrals or help with other services in the VA system. Couldn't be happier.
I usually get anxious when dealing with the VA because I've had problems with them in the past, but this clinic has been extremely helpful to me the past few visits. Great customer service from the front desk, the nurse, and my doctor.
