It was a reasonable wait. RN staff, lab techs, security staff, and pharmacy were great. The Dr/PA was great. Patients were thankful they did not have to wait too long at Silverdale Urgent Care. The receptionist, nurses, and doctor provided excellent medical care. The pharmacist brought one pill to get them started. Patients like their doctor and his staff and feel fortunate to have their primary.
Dr. Shaha is always kind and thorough. She listens to my concerns and involves me in decisions for my care. The staff has always been supportive and kind. I am grateful for my health care team!
They could not have been better! I had an appt later and they made sure I made it!!! Nobody wants to go to urgent care, but when you have to- it's great when they are so caring!!!
Dr. Uvila is the best—always. Im thankful for him. He is always helpful and very kind.
However, Nurse Cristine/Cristina Forcier seemed annoyed or uninterested during my visit, or perhaps that's just her usual demeanor. She showed very little compassion and was the first nurse at Kaiser Permanente Silverdale who assisted me without smiling even once.
I personally don't mind, but patient care goes beyond completing tasks. A little kindness and warmth can make a big difference. Please do better.
