“I was immediately impressed! I found a wounded kitty on the side of Steamboat Island Road who needed immediate help. It was almost 6pm on a Friday eve. I drove there and the door was locked, but I knocked anyway. Two very friendly techs answered the door. I explained the situation and they could see how upset I was. Even though they didn't have a vet there, they took the kitty in and told me they would make it comfortable until the vet could examine him in the morning. I was so appreciative of their professionalism and compassion!“
