“My husband & I moved to Sequim a little over 2 years ago. I had gone through 1 other dentist prior to OSC & had a bad experience with their hygienist. My husband had similar issues. I set out to locate a new dentist in this post pandemic landscape. I found OSC and am so glad I did. I was having issues with a tooth, and they were able to get me in within about 10 days from my initial consultation, to have a crown put on. I have a dental phobia due to experiences from my childhood so this was nerve racking as you can imagine. I was scheduled with Dr. Ruder and the hygienist assisting was Shannon. They were both awesome and made me feel as comfortable as one can be with someone drilling in your mouth. The facility is very nice and the staff are all friendly. The atmosphere is very positive and focused on patient care and communication. Having been in management and being self-employed, communication is the bedrock to good customer service no matter the industry. They also excel in that department.
