“Although everyone was really friendly, I was a bit upset that it was not made clear when I scheduled the appointment for a dental cleaning that they have two types of first time appointments, which are dental cleaning or oral exam. This is the first time, a dentist office actually splits these up. They've always been combined in any other office I've been to. So, be aware when you make your appointments. Although I specifically asked for a dental cleaning, I was scheduled for an oral exam. Misunderstandings happen, and due to a cancelation I was able to get the cleaning done at the same time of my oral exam. Otherwise they would have scheduled me for another day, which would not have been okay since I work full-time. Other than that, I can't complain. Everything was done very thoroughly, and Dr. Peterson appears to be a great dentist.“
