“When I had a very positive first experience at Kingston Dental last spring I thought it might not be representative of the practice. But after my second visit I can see that these people are as genuine, kind and caring as they first seemed to be. The hygienist introduced herself each time and explained everything she was doing. It was so unusual - and appreciated - to have someone tell me when they were going to use a different tool and why, or reposition something in my mouth. Dr. Couch does the same thing. And I’m very pleased with the work that’s been done. If you want a dental practice where the people have respect and concern for their patients as well as each other, this is the place.“

“Although everyone was really friendly, I was a bit upset that it was not made clear when I scheduled the appointment for a dental cleaning that they have two types of first time appointments, which are dental cleaning or oral exam. This is the first time, a dentist office actually splits these up. They've always been combined in any other office I've been to. So, be aware when you make your appointments. Although I specifically asked for a dental cleaning, I was scheduled for an oral exam. Misunderstandings happen, and due to a cancelation I was able to get the cleaning done at the same time of my oral exam. Otherwise they would have scheduled me for another day, which would not have been okay since I work full-time. Other than that, I can't complain. Everything was done very thoroughly, and Dr. Peterson appears to be a great dentist.“
