Today we had a family emergency. called four different arborists. Gene from "NWFW=Tree Service" called me back immediately. Our emergency involved our kitty. He was out of sight way up in a Fir tree, 80 feet by my guess. Gene came right away put on his safety gear and started climbing to save our kitty. My wife tells me Gene is ill with Pneumonia! Yet he climes so high we can't even see him; his son Caleb was his ground support and they worked together and were able to return our kitty to us safely. We gave them a 5-star review, but they earned a 10-star review. The word Hero comes to mind. If you need any tree work, I whole heartily recommend them.

Our cabin stayed super cool during the summer, without AC, especially during the high temps. I've been seeing Melanie for probably 8 years or so. I've had multiple health problems abd duffrent medications that have affected my hair. She is really good at cutting my hair trying to cover any thinning spots I may have at the time. And she always notices if my hair is a bit healthier than last time because of med changes.
My mom and I both go to Mel and we live together. Mel is always accommodating getting us in at the same time.

It was just before the pandemic and many stores were closing. Finding a place for a good hair cut was difficult. I did not trust many barbers in town, no one wore a mask. I was happy to find this small studio as I was getting my coffee next door. Friendly place, very safe, got my Spring Hair cut and was pretty happy with the experience. Will return next time we are staying in town.

My daughters and I have been searching for a new hair stylist for a couple of years now and I can confidently say that we have finally found her. Sarah is amazing! She immediately made us feel like we were right at home. The vibe in her salon is so relaxed and clean. She is a very knowledgeable and skilled stylist. My oldest daughter has been struggling with figureing out products and a cut that works for her curl pattern and when we left Glamorous she was on cloud nine. She said she felt like Sarah really listened to what she wanted and gave her excellent advice. My youngest is growing her hair out and Sarah gave her great tips on how to keep her hair healthy during the process. I can't wait for my appointment and to see how she works her magic in my hair!

Called this morning (1/2/26) wasn’t expecting to have it replaced same day (80 gallon water heater not always in stock) but they showed up and had an 80gal with them! We were very impressed by Tom from Brothers Plumbing, who arrived for an after-hours request to unblock our kitchen sink drain only a couple hours after our call. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. But best of all, he cared enough to educate us on how to prevent future drain clogging, in extensive detail, and answer all our questions. For $300, we ended up with an unclogged drain by early evening and lots of new tips for preventive maintenance – it was money very well spent!

I had a large cedar very close to my home. They took it down very cautiously to the point where they did not drop anything near a fence that was within a few feet of the tree. Professional, punctual, considerate and actually left the grounds neater than they had been before they started the job. I would recommend them with no reservations.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Cedar Creek. The assistant who took my X-rays explained everything she was going to do as well as was very gentle with my mouth. She was kind and always made sure I was comfortable. I saw Dr Bowles next. His attention to detail and overall knowledge was top notch. He, too, was very good about explaining his thoughts and observations. I never felt like I was a task they were quickly trying finish, but rather a patient that they wanted to do what was best. I was treated similarly by the person who helped me scheduled the appointment, upon arrival to check-in, and at check-out. Kudos to everyone at Cedar Creek.

I called before they opened and got a call back only 10 minutes after they opened. They got my new puppy in within the hour. They gave me the steroid and antibiotics that she needed right there so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. Dr. Black coordinated with a specialist in Seattle to save my pup’s eye. So grateful for quick and amazing care. The entire staff I dealt with was so kind and understanding. So grateful for their services!!

Everyone at Blue Mountain Animal Clinic, and I mean everyone all the time, is exceptional.
I’ve not had an I have not had a dog in 30 years, until a couple of years ago when we got our four month sheep-a-doodle. As an highly committed but nervous new father I wanted to care for our new family member as best as possible. We initially went to Graywolf for his first few months of initial care and we were satisfied UNTIL we had what I thought needed to be an emergency visit on a Friday morning. The vet caring for our animal was on duty that day, but throughout the morning and into the afternoon, and up until late afternoon, she would not see him because she was “too busy”. I bet if it was her dog, or a family member’s dog, she would not have been “too busy”. I was shocked that she would not even have a phone call with me. The person at reception suggested we take our dog all the way over to Silverdale! Wow, what a slap in the face. I immediately knew I would never return to that place, and have never done so. In a very stressful situation (4PM on a Friday) I got a referral from our neighbor suggesting I call Blue Mountain, who after never seeing our dog before immediately said “We’re pretty busy, but we agree with you that he should be seen, so bring him in”. We were not a patient, but they spent a good couple of minutes with me on the phone, heard the desperation in my voice, and acted as if they really cared (because they did).
From the first moment, I was completely impressed with every single member of their team, and after all of our visits through the last 18 months or so I have always had a wonderful experience.

On the phone, text messaging, or in person, I’ve never been even slightly disappointed with anyone. I’m generally not an easy guy to please because I’ve been in customer facing businesses my whole life, but the way these good doctors and professionals run this business is an example of how to do it right for any business.
It is a massive relief knowing that there are professionals close by that care about our four legged family member as much as we could ever hope for.

Suffering from a clogged parotid salivary gland on a Sunday, the day before New Year's, I was happily shocked when Nancy answered my desperate phone call. She set me up for Monday morning, which I appreciated immensely. She knows her stuff when it comes to acupuncture. In the meantime, she offered some very effective pain relief solutions as I'm off OTC meds for the time being. She spent over an hour getting to know me and my traumas so as to best determine where to place the " pins" as she called them. She was very caring, gentle and careful about placement, inquiring often to be sure I was okay. Although it was not an instant fix, things have been steadily improving and I'm extremely happy with the service I received. This was my first experience with a local acupuncturist and I couldn't be more pleased. I've already recommended her to three other people.
