Works out best if you have a photo of a style with a similar face shape and similar type of hair for the ladies. Utilize the app with online check in and then follow along to show up in store closer to the time you will actually be able to get in a chair for a cut. Lots of info on the web site about how everything goes down. You can get a really good haircut IF you do your homework with good communication skills and photos.

When I scheduled, there was a 2 hour 20 minute wait so I returned and got my hair cut within 10 minutes, and I was out the door. I didn't get the young lady's name but, I gotta say, that was amazing. She did a good job with those lightening fast scissors. ?

I have curly hair and it can be extremely difficult to find a stylist that knows how to work with it. Well I came in and showed the gal a pinterest image of what I wanted and it looks AMAZING. She totally nailed it. She was careful not to cut too short around the face while still being able to frame it beautifully. If you have curly hair, I highly recommend LAURA. She's excellent!P.S. for long wait times, I suggest using the great clips app to check in, and expect to need to run errands and such for at least an hour before your wait time is over. Once I got in, I was seated and out the door in less than 20 minutes with a quality haircut.
