The service tech, Destiny, did a fantastic job of informing me of what was going on during the service. I had forgotten about getting new windshield wipers until she asked me if I needed them replaced. I did get them replaced. She asked about changing the oils in transfer and drive cases. I told her I would be getting those on my subsequent visits. The entire team was friendly and professional even though it was a busy day.
