⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shana does fantastic work. I've had 4 visits and progress is being made each time! I have asked her to focus on my back and shoulder to aid in recovery from a recent surgery. She is professional, thoughtful and very talented! It doesn't seem like she has been working on me for the full hour but when I get up I can feel the difference. Using the Booksy app to set up your own appointment is great as well. It is very intuitive and easy for both you and her. Choose your day and time and go!
Words cannot express how amazing this company is. Darrell, Heather, Jay, and Keith are truly masters of their craft and they not only bring an incredible attention to detail but the utmost professionalism, empathy, and care. After several poor experiences with contractors in the past, my husband and I were very trepidations of hiring anyone, but from every step from the initial consultation to purchasing items to completing the job, the quality they brought to the table was unmatched. Everyone we worked with were all courteous, competent, and patient (as new home owners we have A LOT of questions, constantly), which is not something that you usually encounter with contracting jobs. Our bathroom floor was suffering a soft spot that turned out to be a (very poor) DIY job after obvious water damage and Keith and Jay were so quick to fix the issue. They work with a well renowned plumber and because of various DIY issues from the previous owner we've experienced in our home since purchasing it, took the time to check all of the plumbing to ensure it was up to snuff. Through this they found an additional issue that could have been catastrophic had they not caught it. They even fixed a squeaky floor outside of the bathroom, which I'm sure only took them a few minutes, but meant the world to me and further emphasized their utmost dedication to their clients. I have already recommended them to friends and family, and I am recommending them to you for any of your renovation, bathroom, or kitchen needs - I know they will be on our speed dial! Thank you DH!!

Hands down the best hair extensions I have had!! Molly takes the time to sit down and go over all questions I had and explained the process of her extension technique unlike any hairstylist I have had. She takes the time to explain the steps of proper care, products and services needed after. I will only trust Molly with my hair care. I just had my dog in for grooming - they did a good job with the grooming and followed the instructions I gave. These are very nice folks who care about your furbabies and treats them well. However, the administrative side of the business needs attention. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. When I arrived the next day for my appointment and showed them the message string for my first appointment, it was acknowlegded that it was her message with me, but no appology nor offer to discount my first grooming experience with them for all the inconvenience. My second issue is that it was never communicated that they did not take cards - only cash or checks. I do not wish to discourage you from using their service, just be aware that you, the client, are going to have to take all the responsibility for communication and making sure your appointment is written down in their appointment book. I have chosen to find myself another groomer much closer to home.
As a Designer, I wish I could use Build By Daniel for every kitchen and bath project! He is a true artisan and it shows in his work. He has years of experience in his trade and defiantly thinks "Outside of the Box. " Together he will help you create the designs that you have been dreaming of.With Daniel on the job, I always know that the project will be done right the first time. Daniel and his son have also helped us in situations where other cabinets have not fit, or need to be retrofit. He and his son are always willing to help us work on our designs. As my first appointment with a new optimetrist, I have to write that the experience of entering into the office building was a very pleasant one. I was met by three bright, cheery, faces beaming at me from their desks while one asked “May I help you?”
I had a total of three visits over a 2-3 week period and each time was like a breath of fresh air as I left my problems at the door upon entering the busy, cheerful environment. From the front desk staff to my optometrist and opticians, my visits were relaxing and joyful as laughter and pleasantries sprinkled through the air. I needed new glasses and found several styles and colors to choose from at a wide range of affordable prices. Most importantly, their medical coverage is extensive.

My stylist (I believe his name is Walter) was amazing! I got my haircut a few weeks ago and he trimmed right down to where it needed to be, did a great job on the sides and in the back as well. He's an amazing, God-loving man, and I would recommend him time and time again. I got a LOT of compliments from people young and old. Five stars!
I took my 17 year old dog in to have her euthanized, she was in pain and was very much suffering. I called and spoke with them to make the arrangements and was told to bring her in for euthanasia. After the ordeal of loading a very fragile elderly dog into a car, listening to her whimper in pain, we arrived. Only to be told they could not do it because of an outstanding bill. I have never used this vet before. After taking my dog to my regular vet in yakima, I called back to inquire about this bill. I was told it was for a dog that belonged to my mother. The bill occurred in 2002, and was for $53.00. I dropped the dog off for my mother for a visit,she picked it up. They put my name on the account instead of billing her, as she had arranged. 22 years later my dog needlessly suffered because of 53 bucks. I would have gladly paid it if I had been given the chance. I am extremely disappointed in them. I will not do business with them nor would I recommend them. Tieton animal clinic is phenomenal.

Kayla saved my hair! I can’t recommend Salon 17 enough. The atmosphere and staff are amazing. It was so easy to book my appointment online in a timely manner. I had a cut and balayage applied. I can’t believe the difference it made, my hair looks so healthy and alive.
Zeke started having seizures and after an emergency vet visit needed to find him a regular vet local to us. I had to call around to find someone close and they were very willing to take him. Great first visit and always willing to answer my questions also had call backs to help manage his meds. Thank you for the help you guys are great.
This was my 3rd service done by Burke's Plumbing: in my experiences w/them; 1st was a 5☆ dealing with plumbing issue under my house, 2nd was a 3.5☆ for broken pipe leading to my house which required digging up my wife's flower bed in front of our front bay window and 3rd most recent replacement of a 20 year old water heater.
Setting up a time with the office was simple and quick. Yes, there was some bumps when it came to the two workmen showing up at the scheduled time; however understanding them being shorthanded that Wednesday (10th of June 1026), I was understanding. Then came the grace of payment bumps from my CC company locking my card and the billing lady with Burke was very understanding and helped us get it squared away.
Bringing our out of date and not to code water heater into the 2025's and Washington State's new codes was costly. 2,880$ for new tank, expansion tank, pan, pipe and hoses, warranty and servicing; now it's up to State codes and ready to pass when / if we sell our home. Was it a sticker shock: Hel Yeah, it was. But, I did not realize how old the waterheater was, nor about the changes in WA State's updated codes for installation of new waterheaters in residential homes.
In short: 5☆ for pre, during and after the work. I would recommend them to friends and family without question.
I got it Mai! She is the absolute best nail artist I’ve gone to! Between her and Micheal! They were amazing!! I always go in and get a fill, and they take very good care of me! I like to try to schedule my appointments ahead of time, but Mai has always been good about getting me in when ever it need a fill!! Design wise I’ve never left unhappy!
