I took my 17 year old dog in to have her euthanized, she was in pain and was very much suffering. I called and spoke with them to make the arrangements and was told to bring her in for euthanasia. After the ordeal of loading a very fragile elderly dog into a car, listening to her whimper in pain, we arrived. Only to be told they could not do it because of an outstanding bill. I have never used this vet before. After taking my dog to my regular vet in yakima, I called back to inquire about this bill. I was told it was for a dog that belonged to my mother. They really care about animals and try to help people who can’t afford care. This is a much different model than other vets in the region and I’d highly recommend this business for their care of pets and the community.

The staff are friendly and caring. The vets are amazing, we love the vets, our animals love them as well. Our pets are always in good hands here, I feel that they are always safe. They make sure the pets get the best care and explain everything. It is a warm and comfortable atmosphere as well.
