Darrell, Heather, Jay, and Keith are truly masters of their craft and they not only bring an incredible attention to detail but the utmost professionalism, empathy, and care. After several poor experiences with contractors in the past, my husband and I were very trepidations of hiring anyone, but from every step from the initial consultation to purchasing items to completing the job, the quality they brought to the table was unmatched. Everyone we worked with were all courteous, competent, and patient (as new home owners we have A LOT of questions, constantly), which is not something that you usually encounter with contracting jobs. Our bathroom floor was suffering a soft spot that turned out to be a (very poor) DIY job after obvious water damage and Keith and Jay were so quick to fix the issue. They work with a well renowned plumber and because of various DIY issues from the previous owner we've experienced in our home since purchasing it, took the time to check all of the plumbing to ensure it was up to snuff. Through this they found an additional issue that could have been catastrophic had they not caught it. They even fixed a squeaky floor outside of the bathroom, which I'm sure only took them a few minutes, but meant the world to me and further emphasized their utmost dedication to their clients. I have already recommended them to friends and family, and I am recommending them to you for any of your renovation, bathroom, or kitchen needs - I know they will be on our speed dial! Hired this company to replace a door and instead of having to pay for a new door, they made some adjustments to the existing one and actually SAVED me money.
