“We had a toilet gasket fail, and water was leaking everywhere. We got the water stopped, and then we called JRCC and they came out and helped us navigate the information transfer between our insurance adjuster and us. They did a fantastic job, and were super careful to not cause damage to anything in our home (by putting plastic down on the carpet) and they cleaned up after every days work so they weren't leaving us with a mess. The finish work is comparable of what you would expect in a custom trimmed out home. Which included the tile, the paint, the caulking. If we ever have another incident (crossed fingers we don't), we would definitely call JRCC and look forward to having a stress free fix with Dave, Bob, and Ricky“

“We've been working with Artistic Renovations for almost two years now with an extensive phased, home remodel. Bryan and his subs have done a great job when change orders came about and been accommodating to me and our family as we have been living in our home throughout the whole process.When a tile was broken during the demo process that wasn't supposed to be, he covered the cost to create a beautiful transition. He's responded to issues when they've come up and handled things accordingly.I am a bit of a control freak and have been heavily involved in the entire process. That may or may not be normal for every customer. Some would rather have a more "hands off" relationship. Sometimes this caused frustrations when I was being asked questions I didn't know the answer to, or to make a decision I felt unqualified to make. “After my insurance denied my claim of the root pushing in my basement wall, every construction outfit I called, once they found out insurance wouldn't cover it, never even bothered to come to give me a bid!!! I eventually called Mark, at Rescue Const, and I left a pathetic message, saying I needed to be Rescued. He called me back, same day, and showed up the next day to give me a bid. We agreed on a price and he repaired the wall, and did a great job. Mark and his crew were thorough, conscientious, and paid attention to details. Mark put down plastic in my yard to to put the dirt they had to excavate on top of, they cleaned up everything when they were done, and gave me a more than fair price. My wall is fixed, my basement is much better than it was, with some updates. I am so grateful to Mark, Christina, Jake and Hector for the expertise, and the work done.
