This place blew my veins out, addionally diagnosed me with diabetes, they were 100% positive and started trying to get me on insulin injections. This weighed very poorly on my mental stability. They announed it in front of several patients as well. It was no secret i have colitis and diabetes now. I have gone to skagit regional now who was much more professional and checked me up and down and said i do not have diabetes, they also found my two hernias that peacehealth insisted i had then insisted i dont have just to find out i have 2. Peacehealth is scarey. Im half tempted to press charges for negligent practices. They gave me heart problems with budesonide, diabetes with prednison. ER gave me the meds in the most unhealthy amounts and disregarded everything i ever said. They have hurt me physically and mentally. Triage also sent me home with an I.V in my arm, i made a video and removed it myself in my truck while bleeding everywhere from a failed I.V product, coming apart at seems and leaking. They also turned me away the day of my colonostmy because i was defecating blood and water from the fluids they make you drink prior, the lady took it upon herself to cancel my appointment because she couldnt find someone to come take me back there for the procedure. And i had to run to the ER due to blood coming out of me, malnurished, dephydrated.. you name it. Im going to contact my insurance with this info and evidence. Ive also screenshot to show this comment, so when its removed, ill use that evidence too.

Best urgent care around. They listened to me and were very thorough.

Walk in clinic is always at full capacity. Not seeing anymore people. I came at 930am. Don't waste your time.

Fast, respected my privacy, and very personal. Took my concerns and wishes into consideration. Only place I'll go.

My first attempt was arriving at 8 am to find out they communicate by signs and I was too early, and the second attempt was to find out they decided to close early. Today I came back around 8 am and they let me sign in early to wait for when walk-in opened at 9 am. The receptionist was very informative and kind. It was very clean there and my test wasn’t bad at all, thank you Misti!

I was helped thoroughly during my visit. I had seen a Dr. prior for my problem and did not get much help and was at the point with my sore jaw that I couldn’t even eat. I went home with medication‘s for comfort, a plan for healing and referral to physical therapy. Thank you to the doctor that helped me on 12/27/2024. Diana Hoyem

The front desk staff was not welcoming or helpful at check in, I’m not sure we were even greeted or spoken to other than being handed a clip board to fill out paperwork. The male nurse who was treating me for ecoli/norro virus/some sort of bacterial gut infection from hell (I had been violently ill for the last 18 hrs) told me I should have vacationed at an all inclusive resort in Mexico, if I had this wouldn’t have happened, that’s what he does every time. I had not been able to retain an ounce of fluid for almost 24 hrs and the nurse would not give me an IV, told me they don’t do those at the walk in, to try the med spa in Burlington or the ER but “they might not give me one at the the ER”..? Went on to insist the med spa was the best option for me. The male PA was slightly more helpful and considerate but the nurse and front desk lady put a horrid and entitled vibe out that was hard to shake the rest of the visit. Not sure what the point of the walk in clinic is if they can’t preform basic medical procedures like an IV?

Visiting Dr. Merrill and honestly i'm beyond disappointed. just so far, i've waited over an hour to be seen for a follow up. he still has another person ahead of me, so god knows how long that will be. i do NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. my family has had issues with him as well.

Why in the world would you all have a meeting during clinc hours. You have people waiting to be seen, and you "close" for a meeting, leaving those people to wait even longer. My bf was there for an hour already when you all closed for a meeting that should have been done BEFORE YOU OPEN. Or even AFTER CLOSING. Like Seriously!?! Unbelievable. He couldn't even leave cause you all already took his money. 😡

I have been a couple of times and they are very nice and professional medical people. From the receptionists, to the nurses and doctors. I just returned from CA to my native state, and am happy with PeaceHealth. The clinc, Dr. Elizabeth Lenz, i hope I spelled her name correctly is just wonderful, everything you could want in a physician. Higly recommended.
