I have complex PTSD, which manifests through different physical ailments, such as a weakened immune system, joint pain, digestive issues, etc. I love that he listens attentively and responds with genuine kindness. The NIS approach has strengthened my immune system. I haven’t been sick for 6 months compared to being ill at least once/twice per month in the past.
