I have had a variety of extremely debilitating lower back issues for the last few years. They were quite clear upon initial assessment that my case would be difficult but they were confident that they may be able to garner me some relief.
2 months ago, (as of this post),I could barely walk and needed a cane. Currently, I rarely need the cane. Transitions are easier now too. I'm still a patient and we are not done yet, but through more intensive treatment, I believe things will get even better with their help.
