While they were very fast in both scheduling a visit and repairing my water softener, they were discrepancies on the transparency of pricing. I was told there was a service fee, which is expected. I was not warned it was an hourly rate and that I would be charged for drive time when asking for all estimated costs up front. Johnny and Melvin did an excellent job. The person managing their invoicing inbox just stopped responding to questions via email. Great for emergency situations, but the customer service needs work.
Aquatech went above and beyond our expectations! They replaced a pump for us that is critical to keep our water system running. Their quick work did not cause a water shortage and we were back online quickly. It has been a pleasure working with this great company.
I live on South Whidbey. I had been strung along for months by another driller from Whidbey. He kept telling me any day now until I called him and said his services were no longer required. I immediately called Aquatech (referred by two friends). It was a Friday. They sent me a contract on Monday, and Ryan came down from SW that afternoon for a site visit. They began drilling two days later on Wednesday. YOU CAN’T GET SERVICE BETTER THAN THAT! The crew was very courteous and professional.
