We had other plumbing companies come in to give us estimates on changing out our old piping to updated PEX. Not only was About Plumbing the best price, they never once tried to upsell me on anything. We went with them, and were lucky enough to have Tricia and Noah show up to work with us. This team is AMAZING. So knowledgeable, and Tricia even identified a heating problem we have been having but could not figure out what was causing it. Well, I am a bit hesitant to rate the service now, as the job is not yet completed. However, what I can say is we live in a remote part of Washington State (Whidbey Island) and it is a BIG DEAL to get anyone for anything to come to your home on short notice. However, today, the day after Labor Day, I called ABOUT Plumbing and they tasked a team to come out this morning, which by Whidbey Island standards is nothing short of miraculous! They identified the likely problem and are ordering parts, so hopefully this tale will end well!

Your technician came promptly and identified the problem as boiler repair. He was unable to do the repair but identified the problem and recommended a heating company that could do it. I did not get his name but he was very nice and professional.
