We are lucky to have Evan Loeffler handle our eviction case. He is very patient with me and approachable. He is very experienced and thorough. His team is also helpful. I can’t disclose too much as the case is going on. But I think we are in good hands. We wish we could have get referred to him much earlier so we wouldn’t have wasted too much of our time. I just feel for long term landlords like us, it is very important to have a great lawyer by our side, when it comes to leases, contracts, professional renters etc…
