Hunter Ferguson was very helpful and service-oriented in helping my company resolve a matter. He seems to genuinely care that the client is happy and prioritizes the long-term relationship. I would work with the firm again, especially Hunter.

Stoel Rives completed my basic wills, POA, medical directives in 2002. The work was as expected. I called the other day to say I wanted to change my personal representative. The person I had worked with originally was no longer with the firm, no surprise. I asked if there was someone who could help me with this and the receptionist said " I really don't know what to tell you, do you have someone in mind?" What I have in mind is an attorney who can help to modify my personal representative. Finally, she sent me to the "business development" person. I left a voicemail and have not heard back. I have to imagine in the case of wills/estate planning this is not an unusual scenario. Maybe not enough billable hours in the job. Who knows?
