Sierra was my eye exam tech and she was awesome. She is quick and very personable. Jackie and Debbie at the front desk took good care of me and even gave me their opinion of what glasses looked best on me. I loved my experience here.

Love this location. Yulissa is insightful and professional, and I'd highly recommend working with her during your appointment. Everyone staffed here made my experience comfortable, especially after not going to the eye doctor since pre-pandemic.

I went in for new glasses and new lenses in my sunglasses. No one offered to help me and I was the only person in the store. I picked out new frames and ordered them. Then I ordered new lenses for my sunglasses. They estimated 5-10 days. They accepted my insurance-Avery popular one. Later I was told they do not accept my insurance. A week later I was told my reg. glasses were ready but no sign of the sunglasses. Five weeks and 6 phone calls made by me, I got my sunglasses. Staff are not helpful and very unfriendly. I won't go back.
