For the past approximately the past 20 years I’ve worked with The Hill Team KW, I have personally experienced the amazing service they provide. They are far and away above most other brokers. They actually know the proper things to question and get answers on for their clients. One example I can share; they had a buyer who had a shared driveway easement, they had the title officer review that easement with the buyer and it was determined it needed to be adjusted, so they had all of that taken care of before the buyer closed on their home. This saved their clients a lot of issues later. They are always watching out for their clients best interest and at the highest level. The Hill Team KW has my highest recommendation.
