We purchased a custom couch here and worked with Kai through the whole process. Our experience was amazing and she helped us get everything we wanted such as stain resistant and free from chemicals as well as a custom size. I would definitely check them out and work with Kai because she was amazing!

I have not received my couch yet but the ordering process has been exemplary. Kai, who works at the university village location, was amazingly helpful. She is very good at her job and understands all the ins and outs of the processes and how this furniture is made so she could answer all of our very specific questions. She was also deeply kind and patient through what I turned into a very long process. If every business had am employee like Kai the world would run so much more smoothly. I was really impressed with this business model to. I loved how much I could customize this sectional to fit my space perfectly. I can't wait till it gets here!
