About Tesla Service Seattle-Sodo
Tesla Service Center has received mixed reviews from customers. Some experienced long delays in communication regarding body work estimates, with one customer waiting over a month for information. However, a standout employee named Daniel provided excellent service by answering questions and helping with the process. On the positive side, many customers appreciate the knowledgeable service staff who effectively accommodate last-minute requests and inquiries. Additionally, technicians are praised for their thoroughness, as seen when one technician replaced multiple components in a single visit, ensuring customers do not need to return for additional repairs. Customers also report that the service experience is generally fast and efficient, with some visits lasting around six hours, and repairs are often completed professionally with integrity. For example, a customer had a broken frunk that wasn’t opening; the service team provided a loaner car, replaced only one latch instead of two, and charged significantly less than the original estimate. However, some customers have encountered issues such as unexpected charges and delays, like a window repair that took extra time and money, despite the service center's efforts to resolve the problems. Overall, the service center has dedicated staff committed to customer care, though there are areas for improvement.

Really hit and miss with communication. Most of my visits have been fine but a few times it's been really hard to get a hold of anybody and most recently I was almost left without a car or a loaner and could only get a hold of somebody by showing up in person before they closed.
Bought a used Tesla recently and was honestly pretty wary of dealing with a service center at all. Then I met Daniel. A service alert came on right before I was leaving the country and he just told me to come in no runaround, no corporate-robot script. It felt like talking to an actual human who could make a call and help.
He was down-to-earth, welcoming, and easygoing in the best way. A week later my battery died in the middle of nowhere in Canada and I was totally panicked and even though it was way outside a normal service visit, I called Daniel and he was kind, steady, and generous with his help.
These traits are getting rare. Daniel's got them. If you end up...read full review
