Our tow truck driver really went above and beyond to help us! Our car could not be towed because it wouldn't stay in neutral and he fixed it enough to get us home to buy parts the next day. He also called again in our drive home to check that we were okay. I believe the drivers name was Shakeer- he is a rockstar! So very kind!
Driving down 5 yesterday with my truck and a trailer behind. Truck lost power We had to pull over. A guardian angel named Joe showed up within 5 mins.. we didn’t call him. He had been driving by. He hooked up our truck , took us to a mechanic, and then took us to a Home Depot so we could rent a truck. Then he went and got our trailer off the side of the highway and took it to a friends house for us.. we got our job done, got the truck fixed and made it home!! All thanks to Joe at Seattle towing… I will have them in my contacts list permanently.. ten stars for this company!!!! Thanks again Joe!!
I can’t thank Victor enough. When my car broke down, he was patient, kind, and honest. He went out of his way to help me and made a stressful situation so much easier. The dispatcher was as thoughtful patient and kind as well. It felt as though I was a person who was cared for rather than a problem to be solved or a job to make a little money from. Thank you for your help and kindness Victor and Seattle Towing.
